Refund & Cancellation Policy

       At My Brain Disc, we are committed to providing high-quality Mid-Brain Activation programs, DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) reports,and Psychometric Tests.

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment for any program or test, you must do so at least 48 hours before the start of the session, webinar, or test link generation.

• Refunds: Once a program has commenced, a DMIT scan has been completed, or a Psychometric test link has been accessed, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. This is because our digital resources, reports, and intellectual property become immediately accessible.

• Exceptions: If My Brain Disc is unable to provide the promised service or cancels a session from our end, a 100% refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
